Pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 9 and paragraph 6 of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Combating Corruption” dated 11/18/2015, in order to fully cover persons required to submit a Declaration of Income and property (form 270.00), as part of the next stage of universal declaration, as well as the exclusion of violations of tax legislation and possible technical failure by these persons Due to the large flow of tax reporting forms submitted, the Compliance Controller of JSC NC AMTP organized an information and explanatory event with the involvement of an employee of the Aktau city State Revenue division.

During this event, a slide show on this topic was carried out and the points on the order and specifics of submitting the Declaration on form 270.00 were explained in detail, with answers to the questions of the seaport employees on declaration.
