A multinational team of professionals works at “OC “Aktau International Commercial Sea Port” JSC. More than 540 people combine their efforts and skills to provide forward position of the company in the market.
In 2015 “OC “Aktau International Commercial Sea Port” JSC was recognized as one of the best in the national competition “Paryz”, it took the third place in nomination of “The Best Socially Responsible Enterprise” among business leaders.
Human Resources Management System at “OC “Aktau International Commercial Sea Port” JSC is based on the principles of social responsibility of the Company in the field of labor relations (including issues on benefits and guarantees for employees) and the Company’s system of relationships with society, and a number of other regulations in the field of personnel management.
In accordance with Article 156 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Commission for collective bargaining between “OC “AICSP” JSC and its employees for project preparation, conclusion and monitoring of the implementation of the collective agreement and the development of proposals for its supplement and change was created at “OC “AICSP” JSC.
The Collective Agreement between the Company and its labor collective has defined the main directions of financial support of employees and retirees of the Company.
On the territory of the port, the Sports and Recreation Complex was established. In their spare time, employees can visit the modern gym, aerobics classes, and play ping-pong.
In the JSC “NC” AISCP ” the organization of summer recreation for children of workers is on a special account. In many years, the children have the opportunity to visit both the local and foreign children’s health camps. In 2017, for the first time, Azerbaijan hosted a holiday for children from Kazakhstan – the children of the workers of the Aktau port.
The Company’s management constantly conducts a socially-oriented policy regarding employees to ensure labor protection and safety of employees, improve their working conditions, and maintain compensation for work with severe, harmful and special conditions.
2021 year Aktau port celebrates its 58th anniversary!!!
In the context of the relaxation of restrictive measures, the staff of Aktau port celebrated this event by combining it with an environmental campaign.
In support of measures aimed at protecting the environment, the port workers cleaned the sea coast in the suburbs of Aktau.
Dozens of garbage bags were taken out and disposed of at a specialized landfill.
And small sports competitions within the framework of visiting team building once again showed the cohesion and teamwork.
We would like to note that Aktau port management provides support to non-working pensioners, Port Veterans, Caspian Veterans, who have worked for more than one year for the benefit of the port and have contributed enormous work to the establishment, development and operation of the port.
According to paragraphs. 9.7.1. clause 9.7. Collective agreement between JSC “NC “ASCP” and its labor collective for 2020-2022, non-working pensioners who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan or who have a residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan, who have retired from the Company and are registered with the Company:
1) material assistance is paid monthly in the amount of 5 times the monthly calculation index established in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2) In 2020 – 2021 a one-time financial assistance is provided for the purchase of personal protective equipment and medicines in connection with the deterioration of the epidemiological situation in the Mangistau region associated with the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19 – in the amount of 20 MCI per pensioner.
