He was born on June 4, 1964 in Shymkent (South Kazakhstan region). In 1986 he graduated from Kazan Chemical-Technological Institute named after S.M. Kirov with a degree in mechanical engineering. In 2000 he graduated from the Eurasian Institute of Market as an economist-manager.

• 1986-1989 – “Navoiyazot” PA (Navoi, Uzbekistan) – senior foreman, repairman of chemical equipment for production of ammonia 1, 2;
• 1989-1993 – Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant “PGMK” (Pre-Caspian mining-and-metallurgical integrated works) PA (Aktau, Kazakhstan) – mechanic of the department, repairman of equipment, fitter of the 6th category of Ammonia shop-1;
• 1993-1995 – “Kaskor” JSC (Aktau, Kazakhstan) – director, manager, engineer of the 2nd category of the department of marketing and organization of cooperation with foreign companies;

She was born on January 6, 1966 in the city of Angarsk (Russia). In 2001 she graduated “Kainar” University (Almaty) as “International Economist”, in 2007 “Aktau State University named after Sh.Esenov” (Aktau) as “Lawyer”.

• 1984 – 1992 – AKPO (Aktau, Kazakhstan) – acceptance/delivery agent of cargo and baggage.
• 1999 – 2000 – Republican State Enterprise “Aktau Commercial Sea Port» (hereinafter referred to as – “ACSP” RSE) (Aktau, Kazakhstan) – Engineer of the Department of Commerce and freight Operations.
• 2000 – 2003 – “ACSP” RSE (Aktau, Kazakhstan) – Engineer of Financial Management Department.
