JSC National Company Aktau Commercial Sea Port, in accordance with the requirements of Article 96 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, informs that at 3 p.m. On September 4, 2023, at the address: Mangystau region, Aktau, Industrial Zone 7, 43, public hearings will be held in the form of an open meeting on Project documents for obtaining an environmental impact permit for JSC National Company Aktau Commercial Sea Port for 2024-2026. The package of project documentation can be found on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/mangystau-eco 

All comments and/or suggestions are accepted no later than 3 working days before the date of the public hearing on the Unified Environmental Portal. In the event of a state of emergency and/or restrictive measures, including quarantine, social, natural and man-made emergencies, public hearings are held online. An active link will be provided on a Single Environmental Portal.
