On July 25, 2025, the Board of Directors of NC “NMSK” JSC approved the execution of a major transaction. Under the transaction, it is planned to conclude an agreement between NC “NMSK” JSC and Jan De Nul Kazakhstan LLP for the procurement of dredging works in the Aktau port basin.

On April 30, 2026, the Board of Directors of Samruk-Kazyna JSC decided on the conclusion of a major transaction by NC “NMSK” JSC. The transaction provides for the conclusion of an agreement between NC “NMSK” JSC and China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. for the procurement of dredging works in the Aktau port basin.

On September 3, 2026, the Board of Directors of Samruk-Kazyna JSC decided on the conclusion of a major transaction by NC “NMSK” JSC. Under the transaction, it is envisaged to conclude a bond purchase and sale agreement between NC “NMSK” JSC and NC “KTZ” JSC.
